All consultations are by appointment only and can be booked by phoning 01353 778208 or booked online.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic all doctors appointments will be via telephone initally, the doctor will then arrange a time to see you in person if this is required. Video consultations are also available where appropriate. If you wish to discuss a skin condition then please have a photograph ready prior to booking your phone appointment. This will be taken from you via text message on the day of your appointment. Please do not send photographs to the surgery e-mail address unless this is specifically requested by the doctor.
Appointments with our Nurses and HCA's can be booked by phoning the surgery.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone if they so wish for any consultation or examination where they feel one is required. Should this be required please ask at reception or mention it to your GP or other health care professional at the time of your appointment. Your health care professional may require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations or examinations in accordance with best practice.
All enquiries concerning test results, hospital appointments and any other general queries should be directed to the reception team. They will endeavour to deal with your query, put you through to or notify the appropriate member of the team in order that your query can be dealt with efficiently.

An online messaging function is also available via systemonline. NON-urgent clincal and administrative queries can be sent to the practice via this service.
Cancellation of Appointments
Unfortunately many appointments are lost each week due to people failing to turn up. We would be grateful if you could lets us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment so it can be reallocated to another patient. Appointments can be cancelled by phone, in person and online.
